A bit about my approach
Clients often come to me with a productivity problem they don’t know how to solve. I always start by telling them I don’t have the answer. They do. They just haven’t found it yet.My success lies in understanding a client’s goals, helping them identify the real problem they need to solve, and then working in partnership to design a programme that is the perfect fit.
This is not about magic wands and quick fixes. Many years of experience have taught me that random interventions only lead to mediocre outcomes.
Real change is only achieved by positive shifts in mindsets and behaviours, which takes time and effort. But done right, it will build a motivated and engaged workforce that will take your business to the next level.

A bit about me
I have spent my career living and breathing the many challenges my clients face every day.
My managerial and development experience spans 20 years across a range of sectors and responsibilities including operations, quality, regulatory affairs, customer support, HR, L&D, R&D, marketing… you name it.
In every role I was responsible for developing people and improving processes. I tried hard, failed harder, and learned so many valuable lessons along the way. Chances are, if you come to me with a problem, I’ve already been there and got the t-shirt.
What I did learn, was that continuous improvement is the only way to stay ahead of the game in any dynamic sector. And empowered people are the only way you can achieve it.
My biggest breakthrough was when in charge of the operations team that worked around the clock to develop the world’s first blood screening kit for HIV. We had a clear goal, a shared sense of purpose and were driven to succeed. We showed what an empowered team can achieve, winning the Queens Award for technological achievement and an invitation to meet the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
I’ll admit that since that time, I’ve become a tad fanatical about personal and leadership development. In 2014, I set up my own company, working initially with multinational big pharma companies and start up biotech firms helping them develop their vision, values and people development strategies.
This soon led me to establish a range of leadership and personal development programmes that I’ve delivered in over 35 different countries in America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
I’ve worked hard to get to where I am, and I’ll work just as hard to get your business where it needs to be too.
